PHHS Vikings 48 - Cranford 21

The Vikings and Viking Nation braved twenty five degree temperatures on Friday night. In Round One of the State Sectional Playoffs, the PHHS Vikings were able to overcome two Cranford Kickoffs that were returned for Touchdowns. The Vikes defeated the Cougars by a score of 48 - 21. Nick Verducci, five passing touchdowns and one rushing along with three touchdowns each by EJ Comerford and Dennis Wilson led the Vikings to the victory. The Vikings will now face the number three seed, Voorhees at home in Round two of the playoffs on Friday, November 17th at 7:00pm
