PHHS Vikings 28 - Roxbury 14

After a slow start and some half time inspiration, the Vikings turned a 14 - 0 deficit into a 28 - 14 victory over the Roxbury Gaels in an away game. Nick Verducci threw for three touchdowns and ran for one. Dennis Wilson scored two touchdowns and EJ Comerford scored the other touchdown. The game was a tale of two half's. The Gaels running game led to a 14 - 0 halftime lead with the Vikings having very little time of possession in the first half. The second half was just the opposite with the Vikings dominating the time of possession and the Score. The Vikings won 28 - 14 and have three wins to start the season. Next week is a short week. The Vikings play on Thursday at Barringer. Kick off is 5:00pm. See you there.
